Where can I boondock?

Boondocking, also commonly referred to as dispersed camping, can be performed in various places depending on your vehicle type or camping setup. The vehicle you’re traveling in is often an option and will provide the highest level of security.

When traveling in a vehicle set up for camping or a vehicle you don’t mind sleeping in; you can sleep at a rest area, BLM land, off-the-grid GPS coordinates, as well as some businesses that allow overnight camping like Cracker Barrel, Walmart, and Cabela’s.
